The start of a new month - July!!

Thought I would jump on here and give an update of my scrappy business for the Start of the month and financial year!!!

Over at Artypants, I've just uploaded my next Scrap it with a Quote challenge for July. So go and check out the forum for the quotes and other criteria. Here is my sample layout using my first DT pack, including the yummy Pink Paislee, fetching paper.

You've still got until the 4th July to get your June entries in for Scrap it with a Quote, so hurry!!!
ALSO coming very soon is the Arty pants cyber crop come back, so go and join in at the forum and get ready for lots of fun challenges!!


Over at Crafting in Style, the new Shaping Up challenge is up and the lovely Karenb has posted her sample layout. The new shape is HEARTS and you can use as many as you like, but you must have ONE prominent one on your layout. Upload to the gallery by July 31st AEST.
There's also some new exciting news going to be announce TODAY with our Sketch side of things, so go and check out the forum to see what's going on.

I'll be running my "Friends" class on thursday night. There are still kits available in store and the instructions to the class will be there for as long as you need to access.

The Cybercrop has ended but if you head over to the forum, you can help us out with the voting!!!

In other scrappy news....

I don't really do much other scrapping as the two DT's keep me pretty busy, but I always love the challenges and cybercrops over at Scrapboutique.
This month I completed their Boutique Stylist challenge which was ran by the beautiful Manon and she set a colour challenge. Here is my layout...

Yesterday the winners were announced and I won Kate's challenge!!!! Thank you so much girls for running another great cybercrop!!! And I also won the bingo whoohoo!!! lol

Ok well that's it for now, I'll be back when I have more layouts and projects to share. I'm currently working on a new OTP Kaiser project, but won't be able to reveal for a little bit :)

Lots of Scrappy news!!!

Ok so its been WAAAAAYYY to long and I've been doing HEAPS of scrapping so I won't be able to share everything cause I would be here all night.

Recently I've had some very exciting news to share!!! I'm now a DT member at Artypants!!! Artypants is owned by Judy and Jodie and used to be my LSS, but have recently gone exclusively online now and have there forum and gallery up and running again!!
I've joined a wonderful DT who are: Jody, Suzi, Andrea, Bec and Kerry A.

I've put up a challenge "Scrap it with a quote". The quotes for June are:

Crafting in Style News!!!
We've just hosted the last week of the Lights, Camera, Action competition. Probably a bit late to be advertising this now hehe, but there will always be the next time. Here are the layouts I completed for the weekly challenges (although I didn't get to the first or last one :( )
Week 2 - E.T

week 5 - When Harry Met Sally
All the girls did a fantastic job and there were so many wonderful layouts produced. The winner will be announced this weekend on Sunday night!!

I'm also running a class next week - FRIENDS- using the new yummy Basic Grey Lime rickey range. Lana has popped the kit up in the store for a bargain of $12 (including class access) or your can just come along to the class with your own supplies for $5. I'll also be doing a prequel to the class on monday night (29th June) all the details are:

When: thursday 2nd July from 7:30pm

Where: in the groups section of the forum

If you aren't available on the night, you will have access to the instructions for as long as you need :) So come and join me!!!


Lastly, CIS are having their June Cyber Crop on this weekend starting tonight (25th June) and ends Sunday with all the challenges needing to be posted by monday 29th June midnight AEST.
The first challenge is up, its a sketch challenge and here is the sketch and my sample using the new yummy KaiserCraft Child's Play that Lana picked up at the product launch last week!!
